Performance characteristics:
1. It has good affinity with paper fibers and is very suitable for in - pulp whitening.
2. It is easy to use, soluble in water and can be directly diluted with water for use.
3. It has good alkali resistance and is stable to perborates and peroxides.
4. It can also be used for internal sizing and surface coating processes.
Scope of application:
It is mainly used for the whitening of pulp, surface sizing, coating and other processes. It can also be used for the whitening of cotton, hemp and cellulose fiber fabrics and the brightening of light - colored fiber fabrics.
In - pulp whitening processing: It can be directly added into the pulp (before the cationic auxiliary agent), and the dosage is0.1 - 0.8%(relative to the weight of absolutely dry paper).
Surface sizing: It can be used together withCMC, PVA, starch, and anionic and weakly cationic synthetic sizing agents. The dosage is1 - 10 g/l.
Coating layer: The diluted whitening agent solution can be added at any stage of coating preparation. The reference dosage is0.1 - 0.75%.
Usage method:
1. In the paper - making industry, dissolve the material with20times of water and then add it to the pulp, coating or surface sizing agent. The normal dosage is0.1 - 0.3%.
2. When used for the whitening of cotton, hemp and cellulose fibers, directly add the fluorescent whitening agent into the dyeing vat and dissolve it with water for use. The dosage is0.08 - 0.3% Bath ratio:1:20 - 40 Dyeing bath temperature:60 - 100℃.
Packaging:1000 kg, 200 kgor50 kgPacked in plastic barrels. Special packaging can be provided according to customer needs. It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period is six months.
