Performance characteristics:
1. Good water - solubility. It can be dissolved in 3 - 5 times its volume of boiling water. About 300g can be dissolved in one liter of boiling water, and about 150g can be dissolved in cold water.
2. It is not sensitive to hard water. Ca2+, Mg2+ do not affect its brightening effect.
3. Resistant to peroxide bleaching agents and bleaching agents containing reducing agents (such as sodium hydrosulfite).
4. It has general acid resistance. The brightening condition with pH > 7 is better.
Product uses:
1. Used for brightening cotton fibers and viscose fibers. 2. Suitable for adding to discharge printing paste.
3. Used for fluorescent brightening in pulp. 4. Used for fluorescent brightening in the surface sizing process.
5. Used for fluorescent brightening in the coating process.
Usage method:(Taking the padding method as an example)
Padding solution temperature95 - 98℃, Residence time: 10 - 20 minutes, Bath ratio: 1:20,Steaming time is about45 minutes, Dosage: 0.1 - 0.5%.
Packaging:10kg or 25kg cardboard drums or cartons. Can be customized according to customer requirements.
Transportation:Fluorescent brightenerThe BBU product should avoid collision and exposure during transportation.
Storage:It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is two years.
